Rescue requested from Hospital

A male inside the waiting room of the Hospital calls for ambulance,  breathing is labored, can't make it to the parking lot.

Personal Note:
Very interesting.  Nobody inside the hospital will give medical assistance?  It's the freakin hospital.  Why aren't they coming out to help a person in distress??
