Parking violation/handicapped

> Someone just called the Waycross PD to complain that there is a red truck parked in a handicapped spot at 3/13/2025 22:20 and an officer came on the radio laughing can we just log it, meaning they will not investigate it at all
What good is a law if the police won't do there job and enforce the law?
