The offender snatched the phone out of the hand and ran into the cemetery.

The offender is wearing sparkly shoes, a pink jacket, and jeans.

The caller might have been stabbed

Caller is walking towards Dorothy Street,

Police told her to stop walking and wait for police, she now is near the health dept.
